The 2020 Bentley Bentayga Hybrid will arrive on the market in September and becomes the first true luxury hybrid SUV. It promises to deliver efficiency in an ultra-luxurious format where the driver and passengers will be pampered in an environment built with high-quality materials, an exemplary finish and an innumerable choice of configuration options.
The new 2020 Bentley Bentayga Hybrid will be just as luxurious, powerful, refined and sumptuous as the other Bentley Bentayga models, but it adds an engine that uses electrification to improve performance and fuel efficiency. The new Bentayga Hybrid promises the best of everything and becomes the most luxurious electrified vehicle in the world.
At the heart of the Bentley Bentley Hybrid is a powertrain that combines a 3.0-liter, six-cylinder turbo V6 that is paired with an electric engine called Bentley E Motor that offers up to 40 kilometers of 100-percent electric range. The engine can also power the Bentayga Hybrid up to 100 km/h in just 5.5 seconds and produces 79 g/km of emissions. Its top speed is set at 254 km/h.
Powerful and just as sharp in the corners as any other Bentley Bentaygas, the plug-in hybrid version adds the efficiency and refinement on the road that Bentley buyers who do not want to compromise are looking for. The new Bentayga Hybrid is also even quieter than other Bentayga versions because of its electrified powertrain.
Several driving modes are available to get the most out of the hybrid engine. EV Drive Mode allows you to use only the electric motor while the hybrid mode uses both motors. Hold mode conserves battery power for use in a more optimal environment.
